          Je! Unaamini ya kuwa Mungu anaweza kusema na watu kwa njia ya ndoto? Najua ni rahisi kuamini kuwa Mungu alisema na watu zamani kwa njia ya ndoto kama tunavyosoma katika Biblia; lakini je! Unaamini ya kuwa Mungu anasema na watu kwa njia ya ndoto siku hizi?

          Najua kuna watu wanaoamini na wengine hawaamini. Sijui wewe uko upande gani.

          Lakini nataka nikueleze hivi; Kufuatana na Biblia kuna ndoto za aina tatu;

(a)              Kuna ndoto kutoka kwa Mungu. Soma kitabu cha Hesabu 12:6, na Yoeli 2:28.

(b)              Kuna ndoto zinakuja kwa sababu ya shughuli nyingi. Soma kitabu cha Mhubiri 5:3.

(c)              Kuna ndoto za uongo zinazotoka kwa shetani aliye baba wa uongo. Soma kitabu cha Yeremia 23:52 na Yohana 8:44.

Unaweza kutofautisha kwa namna gani tofauti iliyopo kati ya hizi ndoto? Na utajuaje kuwa ndoto uliyoiota imetoka kwa Mungu? Kila ndoto lazima ipimwe na Neno la Mungu. Ikiwa imetoka kwa Mungu, ni lazima utakuta neno la Mungu ambalo linaeleza maana yake. Mara nyingine ndoto toka kwa Mungu huja kama fumbo; lakini Roho Mtakatifu ajuaye kuyafumbua mafumbo ya Mungu (1 Wakorintho 2:10,11), atalifunua fumbo hilo kwa kukuonyesha neno la Mungu linalofanana na ndoto hiyo.

Si busara kuzikubali ndoto zote unazoota bila ya kuzipima katika Neno la Mungu. Na pia si busara kuzikataa ndoto zote bila kuzipima katika Neno la Mungu.

Nimeona nianze kwa kukueleza haya kwa kuwa chanzo cha kuandika kitabu hiki, ni ujumbe wa Mungu ulionijia kwa njia ya ndoto.

Ndoto yenyewe ilikuwa hivi: Niliona katika ndoto mtu mmoja mkristo, tena aliyeokoka akifanya mambo ya zinaa bila hata kuogopa. Na wakati nilipokuwa nikimtazama na kusikitika, nikasikia sauti toka juu yangu ikisema;

“ NITACHUKULIANA MPAKA LINI NA MWANADAMU AFANYAYE MAMBO YA JINSI HIYO?” Baada ya kusikia maneno hayo nikaamka.

Wakati huo ulikuwa ni alfajiri, na ndoto hiyo ilinipa maswali na masononeko mengi moyoni mwangu. Na niliamua kumshirikisha mke wangu Diana juu ya ndoto hiyo.

Mke wangu akaniuliza; “ Maana yake nini ndoto hiyo?”

Nilipotaka kufungua kinywa ili nimjibu uchungu mzito ulijaa moyoni mwangu, nikasikia kuugua rohoni, na mara nikaanza kulia!

Unaweza ukaniuliza; “Mwakasege kwa nini ndoto ikulize machozi?”

Hili ni swali zuri. Hata mimi nilijiuliza kwa nini nitoe machozi kwa ajili ya ndoto. Lakini baada ya kulifuatilia jambo hili katika maombi na katika neno la Mungu nilielewa sababu yake.

Je! Unafahamu matokeo ya Mungu kusema “Nitachukuliana mpaka lini na mwanadamu afanyaye mambo ya jinsi hiyo?” Ukisikia maneno ya jinsi hii ujue Mungu amekasirika na kuna maangamizo mbele.

Hebu na tulifuatilie jambo hili katika biblia ili tulione uzito wake.

Nuhu na Gharika.

Ni vizuri ukumbuke ya kuwa gharika ilitokea wakati wa Nuhu kwa sababu ya zinaa.

“Ikawa wanadamu walipoanza kuzidi usoni pa nchi na wana wa kike walizaliwa kwao, wana wa Mungu waliona hao binti za wanadamu – ni wazuri; WKAJITWALIA WAKE WO WOTE WALIOWACHAGUA. Bwana akasema, ROHO YANGU HAITASHINDANA NA MWANADAMU MILELE, kwa kuwa yeye ni nyama; basi siku zake zitakuwa mia na  ishirini. Nao Wanefili walikuwako duniani siku zile, tena baada ya hayo, wana wa Mungu WALIPOINGIA kwa binti za wanadamu, wakazaa nao wana; hao ndio waliokuwa watu hodari zamani, watu wenye sifa. BWANA AKAONA YA KUWA MAOVU YA MWANADAMU NI MAKUBWA DUNIANI NA KWAMBA KILA KUSUDI ANALOWAZA MOYONI MWAKE NI BAYA TU SIKU ZOTE. BWANA AKAGHAIRI KWA KUWA AMEMFANYA MWANADAMU DUNIANI, AKAHUZUNIKA MOYONI. Bwana akasema, Nitamfutilia usoni pa nchi; mwanadamu na mnyama, na kitambulisho na ndege wa angani; kwa maana naghairi ya kwamba nimewafanya. Lakini Nuhu akapata neema machoni pa Bwana.” (Mwanzo 6:1-8)

Ukiendelea kufuatilia habari hii katika Biblia utaona ya kuwa baada ya gharika ya maji walibaki watu nane tu! Wanadamu wengine wote waliangamia kwa sababu ya nini? – Zinaa!

Sodoma na Gomora

Wasomaji wa Biblia wanafahamu kabisa ya kuwa miji ya Sodoma na Gomora iliteketezwa kwa moto baada ya Mungu kuihukumu kwa sababu ya uasherati uliokuwa ukifanyika ndani yake. Soma Mwanzo 19:4-25.

Na pia katika kitabu cha Yuda 1:7 tunasoma hivi: -

“Kama vile Sodoma na Gomara, na miji iliyokuwa kando kando, waliofuata UASHERATI kwa jinsi moja na hawa, wakaenda kufuata mambo ya mwili yasiyo ya asili, imewekwa kuwa dalili, wakiadhibiwa katika moto wa milele.”

Ikiwa Mungu aliwatenda hivi watu wa Sodoma na Gomora, ni kitu gani kinamfanya mwanadamu wa siku hizi adhani ya kuwa Mungu amebadilika juu ya kuadhibu wale wote wafanyao uasherati? Katika miji hiyo miwili ni watu watatu tu waliobaki – Lutu na watoto wake wawili! Wanadamu wengine waliokuwa katika miji hiyo waliteketezwa kwa sababu ya nini – Zinaa!

RED MEAT DANGEROUS FOR YOUR HEALTH 2013

A chemical found in red meat helps explain why eating too much steak, mince and bacon is bad for the heart, say US scientists.

A study in the journal Nature Medicine showed that carnitine in red meat was broken down by bacteria in the gut. This kicked off a chain of events that resulted in higher levels of cholesterol and an increased risk of heart disease. Dieticians warned there may be a risk to people taking carnitine supplements. There has been a wealth of studies suggesting that regularly eating red meat may be damaging to health.

In the UK, the government recommends eating no more than 70g of red or processed meat a day - the equivalent of two slices of bacon. Saturated fat and the way processed meat is preserved are thought to contribute to heart problems. However, this was not thought to be the whole story.

"The cholesterol and saturated fat content of lean red meat is not that high, there's something else contributing to increases in cardiovascular risk," lead researcher Dr Stanley Hazen told the BBC.

Gut bugs

Experiments on mice and people showed that bacteria in the gut could eat carnitine.

Carnitine was broken down into a gas, which was converted in the liver to a chemical called TMAO.

In the study, TMAO was strongly linked with the build-up of fatty deposits in blood vessels, which can lead to heart disease and death.

Dr Hazen, from the Cleveland Clinic, said TMAO was often ignored: "It may be a waste product but it is significantly influencing cholesterol metabolism and the net effect leads to an accumulation of cholesterol.

"The findings support the idea that less red meat is better.

"I used to have red meat five days out of seven, now I have cut it way back to less than once every two weeks or so."

He said the findings raised the idea of using a probiotic yogurt to change the balance of bacteria in the gut.

Reducing the number of bacteria that feed on carnitine would in theory reduce the health risks of red meat.

Vegetarians naturally have fewer bacteria which are able to break down carnitine than meat-eaters.
