The University of Dar es Salaam invites applications for admission into the Master of Science in Climate Change and Sustainable Development (MSc. CC & SD) – Regular and Executive programmes.
Objective of the programmes
The objective of the programmes is to enable graduates generate solutions to climate change and development problems by linking climate change science, developmental issues, policy and practice. It is targeted for graduates who have a thorough understanding of resource utilization, development and climate change related concepts.

Timing: To start on 04th March 2013.
Duration: The MSc. CC & SD REGULAR programme will run for 18 Months (12 Months for coursework and 6 Months for dissertation) WHILE the EXECUTIVE PROGRAMME will run for 30 Months (24 Months for coursework and 6 Months for dissertation).
Mode of delivery: The programmes will be offered in the form of modules. Students will be required to study 3 core courses and 3 elective courses during each semester/ year. Each core and elective course will have three (3) units. The last Six months will be used for dissertation work (Eight [8] units).
Fees: Tshs. 3,300,000/= and Tshs. 8,800,000/= as tuition fee for REGULAR and EXECUTIVE programme respectively.
Minimum entry requirements:
Second class degree of the University of Dar es Salaam or an equivalent degree from another recognized University.

Application Deadline: Dully completed forms should be returned to MJNPC – ECC offices on or before 04th February 2013 – 1600hrs GMT.
Application Fee: Tshs. 20,000/= [For Tanzanian] and 20 USD [For Non-Tanzanian] (Non-refundable).
