VACANCY FOR THE POST OF DIRECTOR OF FINANCE AND ADMINISTRATION 

Banana Investments Ltd is in the business of production and distribution of alcoholic and non alcoholic beverages. The head office is in Arusha city with distribution outlets in different parts of the country. The company is looking for a qualified, dynamic and experienced person to take the position of Director Finance and Administration, reporting to the Managing Director. 

Duties and responsibilities

Provides leadership, management and control of strategic and business planning, finance, accounting, budgeting, human resources, business and financial risks, and preparation of performance reports of the company. He/she will also be the Secretary to the Board.

Qualification and experience

-A university degree in accounting or equivalent AND a masters degree in business or human resources management

-Holder of Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or equivalent professional qualification AND an Authorized Accountant

-At Least 5 years experience as an Accountant two of which must be in a senior position as an accountant and administrator AND Experience in accounting software, preferably pastel accounting.

–Demonstrated  leadership, planning and people management skills with high level of integrity

-Able to work with minimum supervision

-Between 35 and 55 years old.
